Frequently Asked Questions

Good to Know Before the Show

A few answers to help you and your rockstar feel ready for your visit.

What vaccinations are required?

All dogs visiting for boarding, daycare, or grooming must be current on Rabies, DHPP (Distemper/Parvo), and Bordetella vaccinations. Puppies who have not completed the required vaccination series are not eligible for services. Please provide current records.

Do you require flea and tick prevention?

All guests must be free of internal and external parasites. Flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives are strongly recommended, but proof of prevention is not required.

What should I bring for boarding?

Please bring your dog's regular food and any necessary medications with clear instructions. We provide food and water bowls, sanitized bedding, toys, and treats. You're welcome to bring treats or a favorite comfort toy, but please leave blankets, bedding, and bowls from home behind. If your dog requires a specialized bowl, such as a slow feeder or elevated bowl, you're welcome to bring it.

Do all dogs participate in group play?

No. We consider each dog's personality, comfort, and compatibility. Dogs who enjoy other dogs may have compatible group time; dogs who prefer individual attention can have their own play and interaction time.

Can unaltered dogs attend?

Yes. Boarding has an additional $10 per night fee for unaltered pets. Daycare has an additional $5 fee for half-day and full-day visits. Unaltered pets are not grouped together for play. Monthly daycare pass arrangements for unaltered dogs may involve additional fees; please contact us to discuss individual arrangements.

Do you have staff on site overnight?

There is no physical overnight staff on site. Motion-detection cameras are accessible remotely by the business owners. If an issue arises, we follow the care and emergency contact information provided for your pet.

Can I check on my dog during boarding?

Absolutely. Calls and texts are welcome, and photos can be provided upon request. We don't have scheduled daily check-ins, but we're happy to hear from you.

Can I tour the facility?

You're always welcome to stop by and meet our team and see our lobby and outdoor play areas. For a look behind the scenes at where our rockstars stay, you can view the Backstage Tour here. For the safety and comfort of the dogs in our care, staff-only areas are not open to visitors.

How far ahead should I book?

Availability may exist on short notice, but we recommend arranging holiday stays at least two weeks ahead.

What are Sunday pickup and drop-off hours?

Sunday pickup and drop-off windows are 9:00–10:00 AM and 5:00–6:00 PM. These are designated appointment windows rather than regular office hours.

Are you open on major holidays?

We continue caring for boarding guests, but regular pickup and drop-off are closed on major holidays. Holiday arrangements are coordinated in advance.

What if my dog becomes sick or injured?

We'll contact you and follow the care and emergency contact information provided. If veterinary attention is needed and your regular vet is unavailable, an emergency veterinarian may be used.

How does grooming pricing work?

Our grooming menu is grouped by size. Final pricing may vary depending on breed, coat condition, matting, and the services needed. If we find a significant concern or need to make a substantial change to the plan, we'll contact you.

Do you groom anxious dogs?

We welcome conversations about fearful or anxious dogs and work within each dog's comfort and safety limits. Some dogs may benefit from a slower introduction or an express appointment. Please tell us about your dog's needs when scheduling.
